  • The large bath is an artificial hot spring made with "Komyoseki" stone

    This artificial hot spring uses "Komyoseki," a natural mineral mined from the Abe Mine in Okayama Prefecture. The 11 dissolved components, including calcium and magnesium, are said to be effective in relieving fatigue. You can enjoy it as many times as you like during your stay.

Rooms

The guest rooms have been transformed into more luxurious and warm spaces, featuring wallpaper hand-woven by artisans in Kyoto and soft lighting made from woven Kagome fabric, an octagonal shape that has been considered a symbol of prosperity and happiness since ancient times in Japan.
Additionally, the kumiko timber timbers in some of the guest rooms are based on the motif of Goin-dori, the diagonal street that runs from Village Kyoto towards Nijo Castle.

Sightseeing

Village Kyoto is located in the heart of Kyoto, within walking distance of Nijo Castle.
Shijo-Omiya Station, Omiya Station, and bus stops are within a 1-2 minute walk.
There are good train connections to Kyoto's Gion and Kawaramachi areas, as well as Arashiyama, making it a perfect base for sightseeing.
